Cabo Del Sol is a luxury resort community along the southern coast of Baja California Sur, featuring elegant residences and top-tier resort accommodations. The property includes both a Four Seasons Resort and a number of private residences, villas, and estates so guests can choose from traditional hotel rooms, suites, oceanfront casitas, and multi-bedroom homes. In total there are around 96 guest rooms including standard rooms, suites, and casitas, plus 61 private residences composed of villas and estates. There are also numerous stand-alone estates (homes) ranging from four to six bedrooms, designed for groups or families wanting more space and privacy.

The design blends modern luxury with traditional Mexican hacienda aesthetics. Many of the rooms and residences offer sweeping ocean views, large terraces or balconies, outdoor living areas, private plunge pools in many of the casitas or villa units, indoor-outdoor showers, gourmet kitchens in the residences, and generous living spaces. Interior finishes are high end and the layouts are spacious to give a secluded, restful atmosphere.

Resort amenities are abundant. The property includes multiple restaurants (ranging casual to fine dining), spa and wellness center, fitness facilities, pools (including infinity pools and private ones in some units), beach club access, concierge services, and the level of service associated with Four Seasons (villa hosts, tailored services). The residences also enjoy full access to resort amenities. Golf is a key feature: Cabo Del Sol is home to signature golf courses, including the Jack Nicklaus Cove Course reserved for certain club members / guests, and the Cabo Del Sol course. The natural setting is beautiful, with ocean, desert, and mountain vistas
